Can't find a class to suit you? Why not try some personal training with Sam.
"There are loads of good things about the running classes, but probably what stands out is the fact that everyone is valued, everyone is motivated and feels positive about their running and they are extremely enjoyable. The classes suit every ability, they are well structured, varied and challenging and there is plenty of banter! If Ofsted reported on these classes they would get a grade 1: outstanding! I personally feel I have made so much progress with my running and that would never have happened without your guidance and encouragement."
David, a local teacher.
