Update Thursday 1st December 2011
Happy Christmas All
In this update:
What's on this week?
Thank You!
Firstly, I'd like to say a big thank you to everyone who has attended classes, personal training sessions or
coach development sessions over the past year. Its been great working with you all and I've enjoyed seeing you
progress in your fitness and health goals. Secondly, congratulations and thank you to Rachel Mellor. Rachel has
joined BodyFit on a part-time basis and become an integral member of the team. She's recently passed her
'Special Populations Older Adult' assessment as part way through her Running Coach qualification.
Lastly, thank you to Geoff for all his hard work on the website and with the webmails. He says that he enjoys doing
it but I'm not sure that's so true when I'm stressing about getting the info out! Now onto business...

Tuesday Morning Running Class
Rachel's Tuesday morning running class has gone down very well with its members and is set to continue after Christmas.
So if you'd like to join the class, please feel free to come along on
Tuesday mornings at 9.30am for an invigorating start to the day.
The class is 'Easy Intermediate' so a little more easy going that the other running classes but don't be fooled by Rachel's mild
manner... she'll still give you a good workout! If you work shifts, why not add this to your list of classes to mix in with?
